Colors may vary slightly depending on the monitor or screen used to view the print. The print quality is dependent on the type of printer and paper used. 

All digital files are for personal use only and are not to be edited, modified, shared, sold or used commercially in any way.

Returns 

If you are not satisfied with your print, please contact us immediately and we will find a solution.

We will replace or refund any print that is defective.

To be eligible for a return for any other reason, the zip file must not have been downloaded. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

Refunds are not available if the file has been downloaded. Such goods are exempt from being returned due to the nature of a digital print.

Additional non-returnable items include gift cards.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours. 

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
